In "Dance Flick" a young street dancer, Thomas Uncles (Damon Wayans, Jr.), from the wrong side of the tracks and a beautiful young woman, Megan White (Shoshana Bush), are brought together by their passion for dancing and put to the test in the mother of all dance battles.

Damon Wayans, Jr. (Thomas) is the young, talented multi-hyphenate who continues honing his stand-up skills, performing in comedy clubs across the country, while further pursuing the crafts of acting and writing.
In 2005, Wayans followed in his father's comedic footsteps and braved the world of stand-up comedy under the pseudonym Kyle Green. He had previously appeared performing alongside his father in the Showtime television series "The Underground" (2006), and served as a writer on the sketch-comedy series. He also wrote, directed and starred in a series of innovative internet-based comedy sketches for "Way-Out TV" a website launched in 2007 by his father. In January 2008, Wayans was featured on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam"
He was born at his grandmother's Vermont home in November 1982 and raised in Los Angeles. He made his film debut at age 11 in the 1994 film "Blank Man" playing the role of young Kevin. Later, Wayans pursued his early passion for fine arts and animation in high school before being admitted to the Otis School for Art and Design. He later performed in the series "My Wife and Kids" and landed a job as staff writer on the series becoming, at 20, the youngest staff writer in television.
Wayans is an accomplished mixed martial artist, snowboarder (complete with air tricks), former gymnast and high school track star. He loves to figure sketch and enjoys Japanese animation.

Shoshana Bush (Megan) has been acting for as long as she can remember. She is what one would call "a natural". Bush recently starred in John Stewart Muller's "Lie to Me" a big hit at the Newport Film Festival, opposite Brandon Routh ("Superman Returns). On television, she has guest-starred in "Moonlight" and "CSI: Miami" for CBS. Bush's love of acting is on par with her love of singing. She landed the lead role in such musicals as "The Wizard of Oz", "West Side Story", "Guys and Dolls", "Damn Yankees" and "Evita" to name just a few. She has already been offered work by some of Hollywood's top music producers. Booker T. Jones was writing and producing with her before she moved to Hollywood. She was the singing entertainment for a Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Benefit in Beverly Hills, with master of ceremonies Nicolette Sheridan. Bush resides in Los Angeles.

Damien Dante Wayans (Director, Written by, Executive Producer), a member of Hollywood's reigning comedic royal family, is a quadruple-threat in the world of film and television. As an actor, Wayans' credits include numerous guest spots on primetime television shows such as "NYPD Blue" and "House M.D." and strong supporting roles in feature films such as "Malibu's Most Wanted" and "Little Man". As a director, Wayans experience includes 20 episodes of the hit ABC sitcom "My Wife and Kids" and the Paramount Pictures' "Dance Flick". For his work as a director on "My Wife and Kids" he received a nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Directing at the BET Comedy Awards. Adding another feather in his hat, Wayans served as supervising producer on "My Wife and Kids" and executive producer on "Dance Flick". Not to be overshadowed by his numerous achievements in acting, directing, and producing, Wayans credits as a writer include 10 episodes of the hit ABC sitcom "My Wife and Kids" and "Dance Flick".
Born and bred in New York City, Wayans was raised by his loving mother and guided through his formative years by his numerous aunts and uncles, including Keenen Ivory, Damon, Shawn, and Marlon Wayans. He has taken full advantage of the knowledge bestowed upon him by the brilliant Wayans brothers and is now blazing his own trail through Hollywood. As a member of the second generation of such a legendary family, Wayans is - and will continue to be - a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry.
